Room in exchange for help at home. Native au pair.

We are a family living in pozuelo de alarcón madrid, in a house with a 700-square-meter garden and private pool. we are looking for a native english speaker who doesn't speak spanish but wants to learn. we also require help with housework for a few hours a day. our family will cover a room and private bathroom, meals, and utilities (electricity, water, internet, etc.) in exchange for help with housework. Therefore, we ask for your commitment. i am a single parent. We live in a very large house with high utility bills, and instead of renting a room, we would like to share it with someone without any financial compensation.
